Banquets & Meetings

The two meeting rooms and the conference hall at the Palace Hotel Zagreb are equipped with state of the art technical equipment for business meetings and presentations, and the hotel offers a rich selection of banquet menus that turn it into a venue for luxurious celebrations, receptions and cocktail parties. The Academia salon/meeting room can accommodate 50 people, while the Lenuci salon/meeting room can seat 25 guests. The Zrinski hall can accommodate 100 quests.

The hire price of the business facilities includes the following technical equipment:

Flip-chart,
Projection screen,
LCD projector.

Upon the request of our guests, hotel personnel will also ensure that the following are made available:

Sound equipment,
Simultaneous translation,
Floral decorations.

The Palace Hotel offers its guests several conference packages from which you can choose the one that best meets your needs. The Residential Conference Package includes accommodation in the Superior Room, breakfast, conference hall hire for the entire day, refreshments and lunch. The same services, apart from the stay at the hotel, are included in the one-day Conference Package. The half-day Conference Package includes hall hire for half a day, refreshments and lunch. All packages are created for a minimum of fifteen participants.

The banquets on offer at the Palace Hotel include several imaginative menus divided according to the four seasons, which will make it easier for you to make your choice. We also offer several Mediterranean and vegetarian menus. A formal five-course meal will make your anniversaries and birthdays even more special, and your guests will enjoy the harmonious combination of flavours created by our head chef, Ivica Štruml.
