We at the Palace Hotel Zagreb are especially proud of our head chef, Ivica Štruml, who is also known as one of the leading Croatian chefs for the last fifteen years.
Mr. Štruml is a top professional who has significantly influenced the Croatian culinary scene, being awarded the Chef of the Year title in 2002 and 2003. Mr Štruml has been preparing food for the Palace Hotel since 2003.

His carefully designed but complex menus consist of a rare combination of simple yet luxurious dishes of classic cuisine. His dishes feature imaginatively combined classic ingredients characteristic of the region, prepared with the superior skills of a chef whose food is always unique.
